They came to us on Christmas day from Ryan and Katie! Mine is Pingu, inspired by the amazing Swedish Cartoon that I still watch late at nights when I can't sleep, and Jen's is Jimmy, inspired by the family name game. They are super shy, and I'm not sure they eat or swim or do anythiing, but I still love them!

While I was trying to do homework today for the 198th hour this week, I decided that life's not just about homework. So I found a blog where every single picture of food looked so appetizing. On it was a picture of soup and I went straight away to the market for $25 worth of vegetables and all sorts of creams to made enough soup to feed the country of Spain. It didn't look anything like the picture and had so much milk and cream and butter and sour cream that I died and went to mashed potato heaven. It might have been too dreamy. My roommates think I'm crazy for making food at midnight, they said I should just make top ramen, but top ramen is really two servings instead of one, I feel tricked, they want to make me look like that. If you find a sweet recipe on the blog I'll make it for you! I love cooking instead of homework.

I can't sleep

I don't know why, I guess I feel obligated because Kelsey saw a really cute girl with short hair one day
made a powerpoint presentation on reasons why I should cut my hair
forcefully persisted every morning when I woke up that I cut it
and then proceded called and set up an appointment with her favorite hair stylist.
I have no choice.
I always want to grow my hair long and luscious, but always have a random spaz and then CHOP it.
It's going to be short.
Not like a man's though.

p.s. the rain sounds so beautiful tonight, I've always been the debby downer who sometimes prefers rain over sunshine, but not always.

2 Years

How does time pass so quickly? This movie is the cheesiest romance movie I've seen for a while which means I loved it of course. I still get teary eyed every stinking time the trailer comes on. It was filmed in my hometown in Siena, Italy where I left my heart, sniff sniff. I can't believe it's been two whole years. I think it's time to go back.
